To empower founders and creatives to build intentional, sustainable businesses.
After five years working in sales and tech – and completing my AAT Level 2 – I was on a clear path toward accountancy. It made sense on paper: I was good with numbers and was told to follow what paid well.
Instead, I chose creativity. I applied to university and in 2019 I began studying BA Graphic and Media Design.
After three intense years of studying Monday to Thursday, working Friday to Sunday, and pulling late nights to finish dissertations, I graduated with First Class Honours. I was also awarded The Elmley Foundation Award for Progress and Achievement and officially began a remote internship as a Graphic Designer at a global design agency.
Eight months into my internship, I was let go — simply because a UK wage was too expensive to sustain. What felt like a setback became a turning point. I moved 150 miles across the country to The New Forest, and shortly after, secured a new role as a Designer.
At the end of 2023, I became a certified yoga teacher in India, while continuing my journey as an employed designer.
This short detour into running a side hustle sparked something bigger — a love for web design, marketing, and strategy. Behind the scenes, I found myself building client lists, creating customer journeys, and learning what it truly takes to run a business.
In early 2025, Bold Creative officially launched. I committed fully to my professional path, combining a holistic approach to design and marketing to help brands grow with clarity and purpose.
In my 1st year, I worked with six businesses, began a Level 3 qualification in Digital Marketing, and was promoted to Head of Design and Marketing in my employed role.
I’m the Head of Design and Marketing,
the founder of Bold Creative,
and I continue to work closely with clients on branding, web design, and marketing strategy.
Through Grow with Sylwia, I share industry knowledge, real experience, and lessons learned along the way — while continuing to learn, grow, and challenge my own limits.
Because I truly believe we never stop creating — or expanding.

If I commit to something it is happening, no matter what.
I believe everything around us is an opportunity to learn, and the more open and curious you remain, the further you’ll go.
Being honest and transparent in everything I do is a key virtue – settings expectations I can meet and treating others as human.
You don’t need to be talented – all you need is a dedication and hard work. It’s always a 20:80 ratio between skills and attitude.
