Delivery occurs when:

  • You receive an email containing access details

If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please contact:

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are offered at our discretion and under the conditions below.

Eligible for a Refund

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The product does not match its description
  • The file is defective or unusable
  • A technical issue prevents proper use and cannot be resolved

You must:

  • Provide details of the issue
  • Confirm the product has been deleted if a refund is approved

Not Eligible for a Refund

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • The product does not meet personal expectations
  • You lack the skills or software required to use the product
  • The product has already been downloaded and used extensively

Subscriptions (if applicable)

Refunds for subscriptions must be requested before renewal.
No refunds are issued once a renewal has been processed.
